Absolutely shocking experience. I bought 3 appliances and unpacked them after a week due to having new flooring installed, only to see that the washer was so dented that the door wouldn't seal shut. I hadn't even plumbed it in or used the product yet. I was offered £30 compensation for a washer that is unusable, then was told I could send it back for a cost of £70 but they wouldn't offer me anything for it – what in the world?!
Then, after speaking to Amy, who in my eyes lacks customer service experience and is extremely rude and unsympathetic, I was told to go to the manufacturer – for damage on their product that they supplied??? This company should be ashamed of robbing people by advertising new products that are actually dented, damaged, and unusable.
This is an appalling company with no morals. They pass the buck to the manufacturer rather than apologising and replacing the item that they damaged. They take no responsibility and I'm surprised they are still in business. I highly recommend not buying from this sham of a company.

No customer facing service at there Leics HQ which just makes the simplest of issues impossible to resolve along with needless frustration
Nothing would have happened if it had been left to your showroom operative to resolve ,who showed less than no interest to sort a simple exchange.

Faulty tv
I purchased a tv from you and it comes with a five year manufacturer warranty which runs out on the 04/01/27 my ref no is MSE0501**-**. I have contacted LG directly and they told me their tv are only covered for 12 months. The fault is when you turn tv of you can not turn back on and have to turn power supply of for a minute to turn back on.

Faulty appliance
After an hour with elevator music I was automatically cut off, so no further forward in sorting out the issue of receiving a faulty appliance. Very poor customer service, would definitely not recommend!!

Damaged Item and the Worse Customer Service I've ever received
This has been by far the worse company I have ever had to deal with
We ordered a Samsung Fridge Freezer from Marks Electricals which at first seemed great, the price was right and delivery next day but that's where the positives ended for us
We received the fridge freezer and before we could even unwrap we found damage, we was advised it would be replaced and resolved straight away. They took our old fridge which worked and left us with a damaged fridge which we cannot use.After 7 days we are still fighting for a resolution, all we wanted was an exchange for the same fridge freezer.
First we're told by the delivery drivers it would be done quickly but after constant calls to them as they simply don't get back to you we have had responses varying from... It's currently out of stock and will be 3-4 weeks to then be told an exchange is not possible. They cannot answer the simplest of questions and keep passing you off with talk that things are being dealt with but yet nothing has been resolved
We came close to a resolution last night after I realised they had the same fridge in stock but had damaged packaging, after speaking to a manager they said they could exchange for this one as it was only damaged packaging. After a long time of back and forth we left it with them and was told it would be dispatched as soon as serial number provided.
We done this immediately and didn't receive a response. We are now being told the exchange unit which was agreed on has now been sold

A terrible company with a bunch of liars at the helm. They tell you one thing when you have a complaint & do another.
They treat their customers with total disdain, when there is a problem & don't carry out what they say.
The only thing they have going for them Is they are very competitive with their pricing. Don't use them

Don't recommend if you have problems. They will make you feel bad for it and treat you in a way that's not acceptable from any company. They also need to know the law.
Delivery &item codition
I ordered a fridge/freezer to be delivered on 13/5/24 . Received a text to let us no that my TV would be delivered a@***8-39 i said I ordered a fridge/freezer not a TV but the driver could not find my post code he then said he would check my delivery &item number and phone me back.he phoned soon to say he was looking at the wrong order number and he had found my order and would be delivering the item later .the item arrived he took away our old fridge freezer and asked to have a look at the new freezer , it was damaged on the side he said do you want me to see what they could do and if i was willing to accepr the item with damage i said No I want a new fridge/freezer not a damaged fridge freezer.
The driver phoned and asked if you had another fridge/freezer undamaged he said they would deliver the new Fridge/Freezer today 14/5/24 .however I tried to find the new delivery details on the evening of13/5/24 but received no confirmation as to the new delivery time today 14/5)24 .I checked again at 8am but all I got was AI replies ,I managed to speak to customer service person(human) who informed me they had no delivery information for today 14/5/24 &that they would deliver the item tomorrow 15/5/24. We were able to manage without a fridge up to today however due to marks electrical lack of responsibility and customer care we now will have spoiled food.the delivery people seemed to me that they are in the habit of trying to sell damaged goods to consumers , and I note from this website rhat a lot if customer have been offered damage items

Damaged appliance due to transit issues
Its been resolved now by them sending a replacememt fridge freezer. They sent their own men rather than sub contractors. So that was good but i had to complain TWICE before they did anything

After three failed attempts to deliver as delivery driven could not grasp the simple logic of placing the fridge on trolley by depth not width I went to another reputable supplier. Lol they took 4 mins to take old fridge out and deliver new one.
No issues at all with AO.COM.
so there you go, it was so way with AO.COM who know what they are doing. Shame on you Marks electrical totally clueless.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Awful service. Drivers are arrogant and rude.
Have no idea or logic in delivering bulky items. Simple maths in working out angles is too difficult for them. Make excuses try to act as they are bigger than you. Chucked them out of my house as they thought they were experienced.
Totally inexperienced who need retraining on how to deliver items. Could not work out that larger items go on trolley by depth not width! Was comical watching them.
Buy from them at your peril.
Trust me you will regret it. Avoid them at all costs...awful experiencen

Sloppy customer care , refund.replies to email
My Samsung Eco 5 bubble washing machine is faulty , reported this over a month ago .and am still no further forward than I was at beginning , refund was agreed , checking my bank statement earlier they have charged me three times . totally disgusted , my grandchildren won't be getting presents from me for Christmas because of money taken from my account

I have contacted Marks electrical due to our washing machine that leaked water.They asked me to contact Samsung which I did ,unfortunately Samsung asked me to check the machine to see where the water is leaking from before they will book a repair.I have explained to her that I wont be able to do that I am disabled .She then just said well unfortunately I will have to get someone to check the machine .I had to arrange with a family member to check the machine ,he cleaned the filter ,there was not that much in the filter.I am annoyed that there was so little support available from Samsung,the leaking has been resolved, but if I could not get someone to help us ,what then ?
